3. FABRIC & EMBROIDERY DISCLAIMER
We use premium fabrics for all our garments. All our embroideries may marginally vary. All photographs are for representation purposes and are shot to look as close as possible to the original. Product ordered may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.All garments are to be Dry cleaned only
4. PAYMENT TERMS
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa, MasterCard and American Express card holders through our partner Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available.
5. TAXES
All prices displayed on the website include tax as applicable in India. At present,12% GST on Garments is applicable.
6. DISPATCH TIMELINE
Made-to-Order Items: The majority of our products are crafted with care and are made to order. As a result, please allow approximately 10 days for the processing and dispatch of these items. Our skilled artisans and craftsmen ensure that each product meets the highest standards before it is shipped to you.
In-Stock Items: For your convenience, we maintain a limited stock of some of our best-selling styles. Orders containing in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to dispatch these items swiftly.
7. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Upon dispatch, the delivery timeline is subject to location, distance, and logistics partners. We acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies/postal authorities. Rest assured, we are here to assist you in tracking your package through our courier services.
8. OUTLIER LOCATIONS
While we partner with some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, our coverage is bound by their reach. If your address falls outside their service area, we'll reach out to you to explore alternative solutions ensuring your pieces reach you seamlessly. 9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PAYMENT TERMS
We are delighted to extend our offerings internationally. International customers can conveniently place orders directly on our website. For seamless transactions, we accept payments exclusively in USD. Your payment will be securely processed by our trusted payment gateway partner, PayPal, accepting credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Upon confirmation of your payment by PayPal, we will promptly proceed to process your order.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for covering shipping charges. Upon order confirmation, we will send an email and keep you updated on the shipment status. Please note that handling fees and taxes may be incurred during customs clearance, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The Silk Rose cannot anticipate or influence these fees, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest charges before placing an order to prevent any unforeseen fees.
11. INTERNATIONAL TAXES
In case of all International orders, there are No taxes on export from India as per Government policy.
12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DISPATCH TIMELINE
We endeavour to dispatch in-stock products within 2-3 working days. However, dispatch times for custom orders and out-of-stock products may be longer. The dispatch timeline for items not in stock is typically 2-3 weeks.
13. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMELINE
After dispatch, the delivery timeline is subject to location, distance. We would like to emphasise that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. Nevertheless, our logistics partners will assist us in providing timely updates on the delivery status.
